Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Anthony Aparicio, 514 Burnside Avenue, Requests a variance from Section 222.3(a)(4) Alcoholic Liquors, to reduce the square footage of dining area required for a restaurant to serve alcohol from 1000 sq. ft. down to 338 sq. ft. requiring a variance of 662 sq. ft. (Zone B-1)
